Hey everyone welcome back to another blog and today I wanted to share my opinions and thinking on Summer School And Holidays
Summer is Just around the corner (in many places Summer must've started) and in this hot weather studying and going to school has became an major problem. Everyday going to school for studying and various other purposes becomes difficult so for that reason Summer Holidays are organized in many European and American countries holidays are for 2 months or more but in country like India holidays are for 1month and 15 days . India is a sub-tropical country and temperature can reach almost 41-43 degrees in summer but still the amount of holidays are less than any other foreign countries.
On top of this Summer School is organized for students of classes 9th to 12th which really is a bummer.
These classes are for a total of 15 days and each class is for 50 minutes which usually is 40 on normal days.
If you do the math which I did, you will find out that the number of total holidays for students of higher classes is for just 25days which gets rounded up to 1 month by schools.
These classes are held to complete the syllabus of students . In these classes professors cover up to 2 chapters per subject which is a great loss of one misses it. So these classes are some kind of a compulsion for students to attend them
I completely disagree with the idea of Summer School because of the following reasons:

- It reduces the amount of holidays for students
- students often end up missing these classes which results into loss in studies
- students also have to do Holiday Homework on top of attending Summer School
